Founded in 2022 by Alexander Hund, Hund Investment advises international investment and real estate companies on structuring, developing, and marketing institutional-grade assets in DACH-Region.

Alexander Hund is a senior professional in industrial and commercial real estate development, combining a background in architecture and urban planning with more than a decade of leadership experience across Europe. Over the course of his career, he has managed large-scale development projects, structured organizations, and guided business expansion with a transaction volume exceeding one billion euros.
His professional journey includes key leadership roles at renowned firms such as Porsche, DFI Real Estate, and CTP, where he oversaw portfolios of millions of square meters, led teams of over one hundred employees, and established new business units in renewable energy and corporate real estate.
Beyond his technical expertise, Alexander is recognized for his strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to foster sustainable growth. A dedicated father of three, he brings adaptability and a long-term mindset to both business and life, with a passion for creating lasting value in real estate and corporate development.
